Fixed-price offerYour AI-built app works in the demo. Let’s make it work with real users.

Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, v0, Claude Code or Firebase Studio got you most of the way. The last stretch is sign-in that loops, data that anyone can read (or nobody can), payments that charge but don’t unlock the account, and deploys that fail. Start with a $450 Launch Check; the worst problems are then fixed at a fixed price, and you keep the code.

Full refund if Simon can’t take it on once he sees your project, or if you cancel before work starts.

No issues worth fixing, no charge. If the Launch Check finds nothing rated medium or higher, Simon refunds the full $450. You keep the report either way.

CriticalThe “Admins can delete notes” policy trusts user_metadata, which any signed-in user can change

Fix: Read the role from app_metadata, or from a roles table users can’t write to

Short answer

The AI-Built App Rescue is for Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, v0, Claude Code or Firebase Studio apps that break with real users. A $450 Launch Check ranks the problems in 3 business days. The Rescue Sprint fixes up to 5 of the worst in 7 business days after you accept its quote, for $1,950, or $1,500 after the $450 credit.

AI-Built App Rescue

For apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, v0, Claude Code or Firebase Studio that work in the demo and break with real users. A Launch Check ranks the problems it finds, with evidence; a Rescue Sprint fixes the worst of them.

$450
Launch Check, 3 business days, credited to the Rescue Sprint

Step 1: Launch Check, $450

  • Sign-in and roles: redirect loops, sessions that drop, users who can make themselves admin
  • Data access: Supabase row-level security, policies and grants, or Firebase rules; secret keys shipped to the browser
  • Payments, from the code: Stripe checkouts that charge but never unlock the account, webhooks that can run twice or not at all
  • Deploy: builds that pass locally and fail live, environment variables in the wrong place
  • A written report with each issue found ranked by severity, with evidence, and a fixed quote for the Rescue Sprint
  • One revision round

Step 2: Rescue Sprint, $1,950 ($1,500 after the credit)

  • Up to 5 critical or high findings from your Launch Check fixed in 7 business days
  • Pull requests with a test on each fixed flow
  • A written handover of what changed and what to watch

Delivery

Launch Check in 3 business days from read-only access. The Rescue Sprint takes 7 business days from your yes to the quote.

Pay $450 for a Launch Check

Full refund if Simon can’t take it on once he sees your project, or if you cancel before work starts.

No issues worth fixing, no charge. If the Launch Check finds nothing rated medium or higher, Simon refunds the full $450. You keep the report either way.

After you pay

Simon emails you within one business day to confirm and send the access checklist. You can also send it straight away to simon@app369.com. What the work needs:

  • A read-only invite to the repository (GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket), or a zipped project
  • The live app link and a test login
  • Supabase: your supabase/migrations folder, or the schema export from `supabase db dump -f schema.sql` (structure only, no user data). Firebase: Viewer access to the project
  • A few lines or a screen recording of what breaks

Delivery takes 3 business days from repo access and the test login. Production data is never changed.

Full refund if Simon can’t take it on once he sees your project, or if you cancel before work starts.

No issues worth fixing, no charge. If the Launch Check finds nothing rated medium or higher, Simon refunds the full $450. You keep the report either way.

Your code stays private: it is never shared or reused, and Simon deletes his copy at delivery. An NDA is fine; send yours with the access.

Not sure it fits? See who it fits, or email a question about this offer; we reply by email, usually within one business day.

This fits when

  • Real users are about to arrive, or already have, and several things feel shaky
  • Users get bounced back to sign-in, or see someone else’s data
  • Stripe takes the money but the account doesn’t unlock
  • A new feature shows an empty screen or “permission denied” (on Supabase, new tables need explicit grants from October 30, 2026)
  • It works locally and fails after deploy

How it works

  1. Pay and send read-only access

Reply to the Stripe receipt with a repo invite (or a zipped project), a test login, and your database structure: the supabase/migrations folder or a schema export for Supabase, with no user data, or Viewer access for Firebase.

  2. Get the Launch Check

Within 3 business days: each issue found, rated critical, high, medium or low, with where it is and how it was confirmed, plus a fixed price for the Rescue Sprint.

  3. Decide

Take the report and fix it yourself, or say yes to the Sprint: up to 5 critical or high issues fixed in 7 business days as pull requests with tests, for $1,500 after your credit.

What a Launch Check looks like

The data-access part of a sample Launch Check: selected findings for one migration an AI builder wrote, each rated critical, high, medium or low. The full run lists 4 more items. The migration is the example built into the free Supabase RLS policy checker, run on October 23, 2026, so you can reproduce every finding. Ratings follow the Launch Check scale, so two differ from the checker’s: row-level security that is never enabled is critical, because every policy on the table is ignored, and a risk the SQL alone can’t confirm is rated low and marked not confirmed.

  1. Critical

    Finding
The “Admins can delete notes” policy trusts user_metadata, which any signed-in user can change
    Where
    Migration line 14
    Fix
Read the role from app_metadata, or from a roles table users can’t write to
  2. Critical

    Finding
notes has policies, but row-level security is never enabled, so they are ignored: every role with a grant on the table can read and change every row, and Supabase’s default grants for a table created before October 30, 2026 include logged-out users
    Where
    Migration line 8
    Fix
Enable row-level security on public.notes in the migration, together with the fixes for rows 1 and 3, which apply once row-level security is on
  3. High

    Finding
The “Users can update notes” policy lets any signed-up user update every row
    Where
    Migration line 11
    Fix
Match user_id to (select auth.uid()) in both using and with check
  4. High

    Finding
The “Public avatars” policy lets anyone list every file in the avatars bucket
    Where
    Migration line 18
    Fix
Drop the read policy for a public bucket, or limit it to the owner’s folder
  5. Low

    Finding
Function public.make_admin bypasses row-level security and may be callable by anyone (not confirmed: the SQL doesn’t show whether the API lets logged-out users call it)
    Where
    Migration line 21
    Fix
Revoke execute from public and anon, then grant it only to the roles that need it

Sample only: an example migration, not a client’s app. The checker reads SQL. A real Launch Check also confirms each issue against your running app, covers sign-in, payments and deploys, and ends with a fixed price for the Rescue Sprint.
