SEO, GEO & AEOSEO, GEO and AEO Services

App369 is a small generative engine optimization agency for SaaS and service businesses: we get you found, read and quoted by Google and by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.

What we build

What we do

01

AI citation audits

30 buyer questions run 3 times each in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Gemini, with every answer, cited link and competitor recorded.

02

Structured data that matches the page

Organization, Service, Product, FAQ, Article and breadcrumb JSON-LD, written to match the visible text so it helps machines read the page.

03

Answer-ready pages

Pages that answer one buyer question in the first lines, then back it up with your own numbers and examples.

04

AI crawler access

robots.txt rules per bot. OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity each run separate crawlers for search, training and user requests, and blocking the wrong one hides you from AI search.

05

llms.txt setup

A valid llms.txt and llms-full.txt when you want them. It is cheap to add, but unproven: no AI provider has said it reads the file, so it never replaces the fixes above.

06

Technical SEO underneath

XML sitemaps, IndexNow, canonical tags, internal links and Core Web Vitals, because AI search still starts from pages that load and get indexed.

How it is built

What we run on our own sites

There are no client results on this page yet. This is the setup App369 runs on app369.com and on workspace369.com, the SaaS it built, and the checks we run on them.

  1. Structured data across app369.com

Organization, Service, FAQ, Article and breadcrumb markup. In a structured-data check on October 20, 2026, 317 of 327 pages had no warnings and none had errors.

  2. llms.txt on both sites

app369.com and workspace369.com publish llms.txt and llms-full.txt. On app369.com a smoke test checks the file’s format and links after each production deploy.

  3. IndexNow from the live sitemap

On both sites a script reads the sitemap and tells Bing and the other IndexNow search engines which pages changed.

  4. robots.txt rules that name the AI crawlers

Both sites list GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot and ClaudeBot by name and let them read every public page.

Stack:

  • Schema.org JSON-LD
  • robots.txt
  • llms.txt
  • XML sitemaps
  • IndexNow
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Search Console

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?

SEO gets your pages ranked in search results. GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) get them cited in AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews. They share a base: pages that can be crawled, accurate structured data, and direct answers.

Do AI Overviews need special optimization?

Google says no: there are no extra requirements and no special markup for AI Overviews or AI Mode. That is why this work starts with ordinary, careful SEO and adds what helps every engine: crawler access, matching structured data and quotable answers.

Can you guarantee citations in ChatGPT or AI Overviews?

No. AI answers vary from one run to the next and the engines don’t publish how they choose sources. We measure how often you are cited on the same questions, before and after, and report it as a share of runs.

Is llms.txt worth setting up?

Only as a cheap extra. No AI provider has said it reads llms.txt, and Google says it doesn’t need it. We set it up when you want it and keep it valid, but never sell it as the main fix.

How is this priced?

Fixed prices: the AI Search Visibility Audit is $750, the SEO + GEO Fix Sprint is $1,950 ($1,200 after the audit), and Monthly AI Search Growth is $1,500 a month, cancel anytime.
