Fixed-price offerA custom CRM built around how you sell. Fixed price, in writing.

Your pipeline lives in a spreadsheet, or in a CRM you bent until it stopped fitting. App369 builds the one your team will actually use: your stages, your fields, your client view. It starts with a $450 written scoping that ends in a fixed quote, and you own the code we write.

Scoping $450 in 3 business days, ending in a fixed build quote. The build is quoted in writing after scoping and starts only with your yes.

No call needed. Ask a question first by email at contact@app369.com or with the contact form; we reply by email, usually within one business day.

Short answer

The Custom CRM Build is a CRM or client portal built around how you sell: your stages, fields and client view. It runs on the Workspace369 backend or fully custom in Vue/Nuxt or React on Firebase or PostgreSQL. A $450 written scoping in 3 business days picks the path and ends in a fixed build quote.

Custom CRM Build

A CRM or client portal built around how you sell: your stages, your fields, your client view. Built on the Workspace369 backend, or fully custom on your own stack. It starts with a written scoping that ends in a fixed quote.

$450
written scoping, 3 business days; the build is quoted in writing after scoping

Step 1: Scoping, $450

  • Your pipeline, stages, fields and roles, written down
  • Which path fits: the Workspace369 backend or fully custom, and why
  • The screens, the data and the tools it must connect to
  • A fixed price and timeline for the build, within 3 business days

Step 2: The build

  • The screens and flows in the agreed scope: pipeline, client pages, tasks, reports
  • Sign-in and roles, so each person sees what they should
  • Imports from your spreadsheet or old CRM, and the integrations named in the scope
  • Deployed to your own accounts, with the code in your repository
  • Handover notes and 14 days of written fixes for defects in the agreed scope

Not included

  • Your Workspace369 plan, hosting and third-party service costs
  • Migrating years of history beyond the import named in the scope
  • Native mobile apps (quoted separately)
  • Features outside the written scope

Delivery

Scoping in 3 business days. The build timeline is in the written quote and starts from your yes.

You pay only the $450 scoping here. The build is quoted in writing and starts only with your yes.

Paths

Two ways to build it

The scoping picks the path that fits and says why. Both end with a CRM built around your process, deployed to your accounts.

Built on Workspace369

Usually faster

Your screens and workflow on top of the Workspace369 backend. Clients, pipeline stages, custom fields, proposals, e-signatures, invoices and payments already exist there, so the build is only the part that is yours. Workspace369 is Simon’s own product.

  • Your own app, connected over MCP or the HTTP API
  • Permissions, approvals and an audit log already underneath
  • Runs on your own Workspace369 plan: from $29/month, the HTTP API and webhooks on Specialist ($149/month) and up

Best for service businesses that sell, sign, invoice and get paid.

Fully custom

Your stack

A CRM on your own database and cloud: Vue/Nuxt or React with TypeScript, on Firebase or PostgreSQL. The data model is built from scratch for your process.

  • Deployed to your own Netlify, Vercel or Google Cloud account
  • Connected to the tools you keep, such as Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid or your own backend
  • No platform subscription, only your hosting

Best when the CRM is part of a product you sell, or the data has to stay in your cloud.

Is this for you

This fits when

  • Your pipeline lives in spreadsheets and nobody trusts them
  • You bent an off-the-shelf CRM until it fights you
  • Clients need their own view: a portal for files, approvals or invoices
  • You want a fixed price instead of an open-ended hourly bill

Honest answer

You may not need a custom CRM

Many freelancers and small agencies don’t. If your work runs lead, proposal, contract, invoice, a ready-made CRM is cheaper and you can start this week. The scoping tells you if this is you, and says so.

  • The stages and fields a good CRM gives you are close enough
  • You want it working this week, not after a build
  • Your budget is a monthly plan, not a project

Process

How it works

  1. Pay for scoping

Send how you sell today: your stages, a sample of your spreadsheet or CRM export, and the tools it must connect to.

  2. Get the scope and quote

Within 3 business days: the path that fits, users and roles, screens, data, integrations, what waits for later, and a fixed price and timeline.

  3. Build

If you say yes, the CRM is built to that scope, with progress shared in writing and your data imported before launch.

  4. Launch and hand over

Deployed to your own accounts, with the code in your repository and 14 days of written fixes for defects in scope.

Doing it yourself

Building it yourself with Claude Code, Cursor or Lovable? Use Workspace369 as the backend.

Your agent builds the screens. Workspace369 gives it clients, pipeline stages, proposals, e-signatures and invoices to read and write over MCP, so you skip building the backend. There is a build prompt to copy and a starter repo.

Questions

Questions before you pay

How much does a custom CRM cost?
The $450 scoping sets a fixed price for yours before you commit. The build is quoted in writing after scoping, because a pipeline for one person and a portal for fifty clients are different jobs.
Should I build on Workspace369 or fully custom?
Workspace369 is usually faster when your work is selling, signing, invoicing and getting paid, because that backend already exists. Fully custom fits when the CRM is part of a product you sell or the data has to stay in your cloud. The scoping picks one and says why.
Is Workspace369 your product?
Yes. Simon builds and runs Workspace369. If the scoping finds that fully custom fits you better, the quote says so.
Can you move us off HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet?
Yes. The import named in the scope moves your contacts, companies and deals from a CSV export. Moving years of history beyond that is quoted separately.
Do I have to go ahead with the build?
No. The written scope is yours to keep and use with any developer.
Do I need a call before I pay?
No. The scope, price and delivery time are on this page, and everything happens in writing. If you want to talk live, calls cost $100 per 15 minutes, paid upfront.
Who owns what you deliver?
You do. The code, videos and files delivered under this offer belong to you once paid.
