Questions before you pay

Which Workspace369 plan do I need?
Solo Setup runs on the Cadet plan. Team Setup runs on Voyager or Specialist; intake forms need Voyager or higher and online booking needs Specialist or higher. Current prices are on workspace369.com.
Do you connect my Stripe account?
You complete your own Stripe onboarding, since it needs your identity and bank details. Online payment on the templates is set up around it.
Can you move my old invoices over?
Historical accounting data isn’t migrated. Clients are imported from CSV.
Do I need a call before I pay?
No. The scope, price and delivery time are on this page, and everything happens in writing. If you want to talk live, calls cost $100 per 15 minutes, paid upfront.
Who owns what you deliver?
You do. The code, videos and files delivered under this offer belong to you once paid.
