2. Step 2

   They get a fixed price in writing

   Scope, price and delivery time by email. No sales calls, and nothing for you to manage.

3. Step 3

   You get 10% every time they pay

   Within 7 days of each payment, for 12 months from their first one, by Stripe, PayPal or ACH.

The terms

• 10% of every invoice the client you refer pays in their first 12 months, paid within 7 days of each payment.
• A referral counts when the client names you, or you introduce them by email, before their first payment.
• The 12 months start on the client’s first payment. It covers App369 project work, not Workspace369 subscriptions.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is refunded too, or netted from your next payout.
• No self-referrals, and no commission on a client already in App369’s records before your introduction.
• US payees send a W-9 before the first payout. App369 issues a 1099-NEC when IRS thresholds apply.
• No cap, no contract, nothing to sign. Tell us how you want to be paid.
• App369 doesn’t sell design, marketing or anything else you do. Your client stays yours.
• If you recommend App369 publicly while getting paid for referrals, say so, for example “I get a referral fee from App369”.
• Lawyers, accountants and other licensed professionals: your own rules decide whether you can take a fee or must tell your client. We’re just as happy to be on your list with no fee.
