Field service software / Contractor CRMQuoteIQ: a contractor CRM in Flutter, Nuxt and Firebase
A CRM for home service contractors: quotes, scheduling, invoices and payments, customer messaging and AI automations, on iOS, Android and the web. On the App Store since September 2022, with 3,400+ ratings and a 4.7 average.
Our role: Client project. App369 founder Simon Dziak was lead developer from August 2022, before the App Store launch, until September 2026. QuoteIQ LLC owns the product and publishes the app.
The problem
What QuoteIQ Needed to Solve
Home service contractors (pressure washing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, roofing, cleaning and other trades) lose time and money to messy scheduling, slow invoicing and lost leads. Pricing a job, booking it, invoicing it, taking the payment and following up often happens on a phone between jobs.
The build
How We Built It
Simon led development from before the first App Store release in September 2022 through September 2026, building through App369. A Flutter app covers iOS and Android, and a Nuxt web app covers the desktop. Firebase runs the backend, with the server logic in Cloud Functions. Stripe handles payments, including tap to pay, so a contractor can take a card at the job. Twilio carries SMS and voice for customer messaging.
