What is a technical consultation?

A technical consultation is a structured engagement where senior engineers evaluate your software project's architecture, technology stack, and development strategy. App369's consultations cover technology stack selection (Flutter, Vue.js, React, Node.js), system architecture design (microservices vs. monolith), CI/CD pipeline setup, cloud infrastructure planning on AWS or Google Cloud, and security vulnerability assessment. Our consultations provide actionable recommendations backed by industry benchmarks.

How can a tech consultation save my business money?

A technical consultation identifies risks before they become expensive problems.

What should I prepare for a consultation?

To maximize the value of your consultation, prepare the following: a clear description of your business problem or product vision, any existing technical documentation or architecture diagrams, current technology stack details if you have an existing system, budget range and timeline expectations, and a list of your top 3-5 technical concerns or questions. If you have an existing codebase, granting read access to the repository allows Simon to give specific, actionable feedback. No preparation is required for a 15-minute Rain Check.

How long is a typical consultation?

App369 offers three consultation formats. The Rain Check is a focused 15-minute session for quick questions about technology choices or project feasibility. The Need Help session is a 30-minute deep dive into a specific technical challenge with screen sharing and live architecture review. The Deep Dive is a 45-minute comprehensive strategy session covering full architecture planning, technology stack evaluation, and CI/CD pipeline recommendations. All sessions are conducted via video call and include a written summary of recommendations. Every session is paid upfront at $100 per 15 minutes: $100 for Rain Check, $200 for Need Help and $300 for Deep Dive.

How much does a consultation cost?

Consultations cost $100 per 15 minutes, paid upfront: Rain Check (15 minutes) is $100, Need Help (30 minutes) is $200 and Deep Dive (45 minutes) is $300. In any session we can assess project scope, give technology recommendations, and outline a potential engagement roadmap. If you prefer to work in writing, you can also send your project details through the contact form.
